Jojo Ines is a seasoned business executive with experience in deploying and commercializing applied AI solutions across multiple industry sectors. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Success Officer at Opera Solutions, a major AI platform company. He was responsible for global client delivery of AI/ML solutions among Opera’s largest accounts in Telecom, Airline and Retail sectors. Previously, Jojo was Chief Marketing Officer at ABS-CBN International, a global broadcast and online media & entertainment provider.
Jojo specializes in translating strategic vision to operational reality. As a leader in Opera Solutions, he delivered over $100M of audited net incremental value for clients by deploying Opera’s ML solutions to optimize customer value across the end-to-end customer lifecycle. At ABS-CBN International, he increased viewership by redefining their global growth strategy and by expanding product offering across digital content distribution channels.
Jojo holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, as well as a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from The University of the Philippines.
